Mercedes-Benz Digital & Communication (MXDC) is responsible for the global communication and digital activities of Mercedes-Benz. By combining these functions, we consistently bundle our strengths and create a powerful unit for successful customer communication, customer retention, and customer acquisition.
This also includes the area where you will be supporting, Mercedes-Benz Omni-Channel Experience & Commerce (MX/DO). We form the central function for digital transformation in sales at Mercedes-Benz. Our goal? Seamlessly integrate digital products and services and create the best user experience for our customers and sales partners. We bring together all necessary business and tech functions to accelerate innovation and quickly deliver our products to market.
Due to the successive introduction of direct sales, the online channel is gaining significantly in importance to boost sales. Our team bears the end2end responsibility for the Mercedes-Benz Online Vehicle Store. As an interface between business stakeholders and product development, we shape eCommerce for Mercedes-Benz vehicles from conception to implementation.

These are some of the challenges you will face:
- Participation in strategic initiatives of the Mercedes-Benz Online Store as well as management of own sub-projects
- Elaboration of business requirements, conception of new features and coordination with the developing product teams
- Preparation of independent product and benchmark analyses as well as coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Supporting the design and monitoring of customer surveys and user tests for targeted, customer-oriented product design
- Creation and preparation of decision documents at management level
The mandatory internship can start in October 2025.
Qualifications
- You are currently in the study program of economics, business informatics, informatics, or a comparable course of study (at least 3rd semester Bachelor)
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Excellent communication skills are a given for you
- You enjoy an analytical mindset and working strategically
- You are characterized by a reliable and solution-oriented way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
- You are interested in digital business models and product development
- You ideally already have knowledge and experience in eCommerce
- Ideally, you already have knowledge in the area of agile organizational forms, e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
