THE ROLE & THE TEAM
The Content Strategy: Consideration & Curation team is responsible for planning, curating, and defining content initiatives across Zalando owned channels. In close alignment with our Portfolio’s and Local business objectives, we deliver audience-focused content with a goal to match our customer with love pieces that fit their body, mind and soul. Our team collaborates closely with propositions and portfolios, with marketing and creative teams. As a Junior Manager you will support the Lead and other team members in project management, campaign planning and curations and reporting to create engaging and relevant content that embraces Zalando values.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Support in driving strategic initiatives and innovation-focused projects, demonstrating a strong awareness of OKRs, strategic goals and brand affinity
- Create curated product selections that are aligned with current trends and strategic objectives and that drive customer inspiration, engagement and conversion
- Support in the execution of calendar planning and content building; rolling out content across multiple marketing channels and ensuring consistent communication and on-brand messaging
- Work closely with the buying teams, creative teams, Markets and other stakeholders in content distribution, and collaborate with other propositions to drive visibility and awareness for Core across the Zalando landscape
- Support the team with the execution and maintenance of cross-functional projects and business initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery against determined targets
- Support with internal reporting and data analysis
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have experience (2+ years) in content management with a proven track record in planning, briefing and execution for both commercial and editorial content
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders
- Experience within the fashion industry, a keen eye for trends and thorough industry knowledge
- Experience working on strategic development projects and working with creative teams
- Sense of ownership and responsibility, innovation, and vigorous attention to detail are required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (fluently) both verbal and written
