What you'll do

The ideal candidate has an interest in getting engaged with functional & technical teams and possesses a basic understanding of SAP solutions/technology. The role will entail tasks related to the daily operations & maintenance activity related to the SAP Experience Center‘s.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop & maintenance of new storylines across certain focussed portfolio areas in Expereince Center community
  • Help to prepare automation projects across Expereince Center’s
  • Organizing and execution of projects related to EC Tooling
  • Help team to prepare Process flows & Architecture diagrams based on business requirements
  • Identify potential improvements along the customer journey in the SAP Experience Center
  • Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centres
  • Support in various projects and customer touchpoints
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

What you bring

  • Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied science
  • Preferred fields of study: Masters in Business Adminstration
  • Computer skills: Presentation, HTM, Adobe, Java
  • Language skills: English & German
  • Soft skills: Networking, Communication & Leadership

The SAP Experience Centres are innovation spaces spread across the globe giving all-access to SAP’s solution portfolio. At our Experience Centres, customers and partners experience interactive showcases, real-life use cases as well as ready-to-use demos first-hand. The Experience Content & Labs team is responsible for the daily operations, strategy, and transformation of the Experience Centres. We are looking for candidates who will actively support the preparation and execution of customer meetings and the definition and implementation of new use cases.
