What you'll build

As a Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will play a key role in bringing SAP Concur’s marketing strategy to life across the MEE region. From day one, you will own and deliver a variety of demand generation initiatives, including webinars, virtual and in-person events, and targeted marketing programs designed to engage prospects and customers throughout their journey. Working closely with Sales, SDR and cross-functional marketing teams, you will help create impactful customer experiences, drive engagement, and support pipeline growth. You'll manage projects independently, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and contribute to larger integrated campaigns that strengthen SAP Concur’s market presence. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to take ownership, bring new ideas forward, and make a visible impact while learning from a collaborative and experienced team.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in field marketing, demand generation, campaign execution, event management, or a similar marketing role
• Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent German and strong English skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• A proactive, hands-on team player who takes ownership and drives results
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
