About the team:
Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP’s brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.
Our team is responsible for the business operations at SAP’s Experience Center in Walldorf. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events. As the flagship center at SAP’s headquarters, we are pioneering innovations and scaling best practices to other Experience Center locations around the world.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule and orchestrate impactful visit experiences for customers, partners, universities, and internal teams at the SAP Experience Center
- Own stakeholder communication from start to finish, aligning expectations and ensuring every visit runs smoothly
- Lead the weekly coordination of our student team, creating a supportive, high-performing environment behind the Experience Center scenes
- Take initiative to identify and run potential projects that shape the future of how we plan and engage with visitors at the Experience Center

Who you are
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.
The job is for you if you are/have:
- An organizational talent who remains calm even in dynamic situations
- Structured and solution-oriented in your thinking and actions
- Someone who enjoys achieving goals and taking on responsibility
- Strong communication skills – both in German and English
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Flexible and able to adapt well to new situations
- Proactive and eager to take on tasks independently
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience, for example, through internships or student work roles
We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Walldorf. It is mandatory that you are enrolled at a university during the internship.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
