YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • Lead Customer Lifecycle Strategy You own and execute comprehensive CRM strategies across all touchpoints (email, push, SMS, in-app) to guide SIXT share users from onboarding through advocacy and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Drive Retention & Engagement You develop and optimize automated customer journeys, behavioral triggers, and personalized communication campaigns that increase usage frequency and reduce churn across diverse user segments
  • Build Advanced Segmentation You create sophisticated customer segments based on usage patterns, demographics, and behavioral data to deliver highly targeted and relevant messaging that resonates with each user group
  • Optimize Customer Experience You design and execute A/B testing programs, analyze customer feedback, and continuously improve the entire customer communication ecosystem to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead Data-Driven Insights You analyze complex customer data, build comprehensive reporting dashboards, and translate insights into actionable CRM strategies that directly impact business KPIs

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • CRM Expertise You have 4-6 years of proven experience in CRM management, preferably in mobility, subscription services, or consumer apps with demonstrated success in customer retention and lifecycle marketing
  • Technical Expertise You're proficient in major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze), marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms, with strong analytical skills in customer segmentation and journey optimization
  • Customer-Centric Mindset You have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (CLV, churn rate, engagement scores), experience with behavioral marketing, and a track record of building successful retention programs
  • Analytical Excellence You're skilled in data analysis tools, comfortable with SQL and customer analytics platforms, and experienced in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling for customer behavior
  • Languages You are fluent in English, German is a plus
