What you'll build

In your role you will support our crisis preparedness program which includes scenario-based projects, ad hoc project support, (social) media monitoring, creating communications material and support trainings. This project enhances crisis confidence and enables crisis preparedness before the next crisis strikes.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Educational requirements: Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English; knowledge of German, would be an asset, but isn’t required
  • Writing Skills: Ability to connect multiple, related streams of content with clarity and precision, in line with SAP’s purpose and values
  • Creativity: A creative and open‑minded approach to convey content and processes in a fun and engaging way
  • Design Skills: Good knowledge of Powerpoint and other software to conceptualize and create on‑brand visuals based on requirements
  • We are looking for a colleague who enjoys the challenge of being a self‑starter, likes to interact with all types of people, and has a good sense of humor

Our team, Office of the Chief Communications Officer is part of Global Communications. Global Communications (GC) works relentlessly to establish and expand a crisis‑confident culture at SAP with a clear objective: protecting SAP’s reputation by having well‑prepared and trained colleagues, supported by best‑in‑class tools and processes, ready to address and contain any issue early and confidently.

We are a global team with colleagues working in Germany, the Netherlands and the US. A good sense of humor is a prerequisite to work with us.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
