What you'll do

Prepare engaging and visually appealing internal presentations and supporting documentation, ensuring alignment with SAP branding guidelines, enabling teams to work more effectively.

Contribute to a well-organized and productive work environment by ensuring clarity and consistency in materials and meetings.

Work independently while maintaining strong coordination with team members and stakeholders.

Supporting the planning and execution of strategic GTM projects, including commercial launches and business model design.

Collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment and progress on key initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of tasks.

Assisting in project tracking, milestone management, and preparation of internal updates and presentations.

Conducting structured market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.

Contributing to the development and monitoring of KPIs and other success metrics.

Applying project management best practices to help drive efficiency and clarity in execution

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) in the field of Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Creativity and an eye for detail, particularly in content creation, design, and visual storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and functions
• Location: max. 100 km around Walldorf, so you can come to the office

Meet your team

In this role, you’ll be part of the Strategy-to-Operations and Partner Management unit supporting SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX. Our team drives the full strategy-to-execution cycle, overseeing revenue operations, strategic go-to-market initiatives, and end-to-end operational management for the Business Transformation Unit. We also lead the development and execution of our partner strategy, enabling scalable growth through a strong and strategic ecosystem of partnerships.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
