As a working student (f/m/d) in Social Media & Communications, you’ll support the planning, creation, and promotion of content across our social channels. You’ll work closely with colleagues from communications, marketing, and product teams to make sure relevant content reaches the right audience at the right time.
This role offers handson experience in corporate social media, content coordination, and crossteam collaboration in a fastmoving tech environment.
What you’ll build
- Support asset creation and promotion, such as content assets (slide decks, banners etc) or teaser content, and help with pre and post promotion of events or recordings
- Messaging technical product breakdown (f.ex. blog posts, newsletter etc)
- Create, conceptualize, edit and cut video projects like product demos, recordings, teaser, webinars etc. to show the SAP brand and have high quality video assets
- Support and consult product teams regarding video creation matters
- Plan and publish social media content on a regular basis, primarily for LinkedIn, with a focus on consistent, high quality posts
- Maintain a content backlog (e.g. blog posts or community content) to ensure continuity when there are no new submissions
- Use social media management tools (e.g. Sprinklr, GetSocial) to schedule and publish content
- Stay flexible and responsive to urgent or time sensitive requests, especially around events or busy campaign periods
What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in communications, media, marketing, business, or a related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in social media, digital communications, and content creation
- Confidence working with LinkedIn and curiosity to learn professional social media tools (experience with tools like Sprinklr or GetSocial is a plus, but not required)
- Clear and reliable communication skills, especially when coordinating with multiple stakeholders and handling adhoc requests
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and plan content while staying flexible when priorities shift
- Interest in technology or product driven topics and the ability to identify and break down content that is relevant for a professional audience
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working independently within a shared team setup
