What you'll build

  • In this role, you’ll support Customer Success Managers and Client Marketing Managers with daily activities, meeting preparation, research, documentation, and presentation creation
  • You’ll help organize and deliver customer events (e.g., Client Roundtables, User Groups) and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy
  • You’ll assist in post-event and post-campaign follow-up, including lead generation and customer communication
  • You’ll collaborate with the Client Marketing team on customer-facing materials and contribute to cross-functional process-improvement projects

  • Measurable improvements in data quality through consistent CRM updates and reporting
  • High-quality meeting materials and event documentation
  • Positive customer and stakeholder feedback on events you help execute
  • Improved lead generation and conversion through structured follow-up

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Currently enrolled as a student (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field)
  • Strong interest in SaaS solutions, Cloud Software and technology trends like AI
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
  • Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven work
  • Proactive, reliable, and well-organized working style
  • Enjoyment of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • At least one year cooperation
