What you´ll build
You will support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects in Germany (especially in the medical offices in Walldorf and St. Leon-Rot)
- Organization and support of new medical activities at SAP headquarters and subsidiaries
- Plan and support realization of health campaigns (e.g. organizational preparation, coordination of activities, etc.)
- Support in creating marketing & communication material (internal sharepoints, onsite assets etc.)
- Documentation and reporting of programs in the medical office
- Support vaccination campaigns
Preferred at least 6 months
What you bring
- You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology or related subject
- Teamworking and open communication
- Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest for physical and mental health topics
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing in English and German language (both fluent level)
- Service orientation, ability to work self-dependent and drive for execution
- Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials
- Ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations and reports
- Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends
- Location: office in Walldorf + expected travel 5 - 10% occasionally within Germany

It is responsible for SAP´s global health, wellness and work-life management portfolio, prevention of health hazards and pandemic related risks, health & safety policies.
