Quality Manager Sustainability (m/f/d)

Together, we want to take ourselves to the next level. In doing so, you will be a supporting part of our mission to inspire people to opt for sustainable cleaning agents in their everyday life.

Your Responsibilities

  • You take care of the introduction and implementation of quality standards and processes
  • You monitor quality specifications
  • You are responsible for the lead processing of quality cases and coordination with the specialist departments
  • You implement quality assurance systems taking into account operational and legal requirements
  • You check the implementation through internal and external audits
  • You create and maintain all quality specifications, with the support of the specialist departments
  • You set up measures to eliminate deficiencies and deviations, as well as initiate employee training regarding quality issues
  • You are responsible for the continuous development of quality management according to defined standards and certifications such as IFS, ISO, GMP etc.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a chemistry, biology, scientific training or comparable qualification, certified TÜV quality manager
  • You already have several years of professional experience (3 to 5 years) in the field of quality assurance / GMP
  • You are very familiar with at least one of the IFS, ISO, GMP norms and standards - or something similar
  • You have a high degree of responsibility and quality awareness, as well as very good project management skills
  • You are highly analytical and work in an independent and structured manner
  • You have solid teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • You are confident with common MS Office programs (any experience with ERP systems is a definite plus)
  • You have a very good command of German and good written and spoken English
