Your responsibilities:

  • You collaborate with the technical leadership to establish a technical roadmap, evolve and shape the technical systems without compromising sustainability and stability while delivering new features
  • You develop an organizational structure in partnership with product and technical leadership to accomplish the priorities of the teams and company
  • You work cross-functionally to bring product strategy and user needs together and lead the tech team to the best possible product
  • You communicate progress on active projects to the organization, cross-discipline leadership team and stakeholders
  • You structure the further development process of the product in the direction of the long-term vision of the company

Your profile:

  • You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • You bring 3+ years of overall engineering/product management experience, people management is an advantage
  • You have a deep understanding of software, web technology, IoT, cloud technology and SaaS
  • You bring experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects
  • You are a open communicator with strong interpersonal skills 
  • You are fluent in English and German
