Advertising Account Manager - Business Development / Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin you are responsible for on-boarding, setting the strategy and managing all new enterprise advertisers. At this critical time, your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain and grow the partnership with a strategic and commercial attitude.

Your Responsibility

  • You understand the capabilities of our platform and the value proposition for each advertiser
  • You'll build rapport, provide outstanding service and build relationships with new advertisers
  • You work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that ensure advertiser success and retention
  • You'll demonstrate a clear understanding of client goals to intelligently identify opportunities and effectively upsell
  • You take ownership of onboarding new advertisers (m/f/d) with a keen attention to detail
  • You monitor and analyze metrics to proactively optimize and improve results
  • You'll help clients (m/f/d) achieve their goals and scale on our platform while building client (m/f/d) confidence in our company
  • You provide guidance in identifying and developing best practices related to verticals, KPIs, etc.
  • You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams

Your Profile

  • You have fluent, native/bilingual or at least professional German skills 
  • You have more than 3 years of experience with customer contact in the field of digital media 
  • You ideally have experience in performance marketing 
  • You score high in relationship management and customer service skills
  • You excel with exceptional communication skills as well as strong critical thinking skills
  • You possess the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the proven ability to work and collaborate in a high performing team to achieve quarterly revenue goals
