Head of Sales - Acquisition (m/f/d)

As a Head of Sales (m/f/d), you are responsible for leading a team of 3 Country Managers (m/f/d) in our three new markets Denmark, Poland and Italy, owning the sales targets, building upon the initial success, ramping up the teams and potentially taking over new countries in the future.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are forecasting and quota-setting of sales plan in Denmark, Poland and Italy for at least 12 months and take full ownership for these targets
  • You generate revenue by spearheading your assigned region and preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software
  • You will coach and train your teams to drive the sales cycle from first contact through to the closing of the deal and continuously improve sales processes
  • You identify business opportunities across counties and tailor go to markets approaches in accordance with regional differences
  • You are able to liaise with the relevant internal marketing, sales engineering and inside sales team to develop and close business opportunities

Your Qualifications

  • You have a completed university degree ideally in engineering, business or other relevant fields with multiple years of work experience in sales with a strong track record
  • You have led international sales teams before for at least 2 years and ideally experience in the retail or real estate business
  • You work in a structured manner and have experience in analyzing new markets and develop a strategy per countries
  • You feel comfortable with numbers and KPIs to keep an overview of your team's sales funnel
  • You are fluent in English and ideally in Danish, Polish or Italian
