Sales Manager for B2B and Partnershipmangement (m/f/d)

We are looking for someone to help us keep growing our portfolio of clients and creating partnerships with amazing brands. You will be able to contribute to shaping the future of our agency and have the opportunity to learn and grow in our company. You will work directly with our co-founder and CEO and marketing team as part of our Growth Team.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will review incoming leads
  • You will have calls (especially in the DACH region) with potential customers to qualify them and explain our services
  • You will create proposals and SOWs.
  • You will research and connect with potential customers and new business opportunities
  • You will collaborate with marketing to generate new business opportunities
  • You will define, test and implement sale processes
  • You will collaborate with Marketing for lead generation

Your profile:

  • You have experience in B2B sales, specially creative services
  • You are a great communicator
  • You can read between the lines and understand people true needs and wants
  • You are able to ideate solutions and execute them independently
  • You feel confident in customer communication and presentations
  • You speak German at a native level
  • You speak English on a decent level
