During your 14-month trainee program you work on exciting projects at home and abroad, tailored to your profile and career goals

Qualifications

An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in economics, computer science, technology, natural sciences or comparable disciplines with mathematical, statistical or econometric components or an analytical focus
You have experience in Business intelligence applications (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), basic programming skills (Python, R, etc.) and cloud applications (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS or GCP etc.)
Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) in a dynamic-analytical working environment (e.g. in management consulting, the automotive industry, software or start-up industry) preferably with demonstrable expertise in the field of data-driven transformation or artificial intelligence
You are experienced in building, analyzing and optimizing data and AI-supported workflows (flows) and have the ability to drive new, innovative digital applications, e.g. AI
Data-driven innovation and responsibility for sustainable impact are on our agenda
At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
Project management, strategic thinking, business knowledge

Excellent English and German skills (C1)
