Welcome to the world of Tech4People (T4P) – where HR and IT merge to drive the digital transformation of HR and to manage, standardize, and optimize the global HR IT portfolio. As an Inspire Trainee in the Data Scientist or AI Engineer field within T4P, you will work at this interface between Human Resources and Information Technology with a strong focus on AI. Your role involves significantly shaping HR’s digital transformation by developing, implementing, and coordinating Data Science and AI projects. You’ll delve into HR processes, understanding HR’s business needs and the data they generate - from talent acquisition to employee retention. Utilizing data from various sources, you will develop value-adding digital solutions, including predictive models for, e.g., talent retention, personalized learning paths, and tools to optimize employee experience and to automate HR processes. You will be key in connecting HR experts with data insights, leading international (sub-)projects, and independently developing innovative AI and advanced data science solutions for HR.

Qualifications

  • An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Data Science, AI or Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
  • Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)
  • At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
  • Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

  • Excellent English and German skills (C1)
  • You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals
