What you'll build

Build AI Trust Services as a scalable, regulatory-ready portfolio aligned with SAP AI strategy. This includes research, proof of concept development and production-ready implementations.

• Analyze market solutions and best practices for AI governance and trustworthy AI
• Evaluate technical approaches for AI compliance features (watermarking, provenance tracking, content authentication)
• Design and implement POCs for AI trust services and compliance features
• Develop and deploy production-grade services on SAP BTP

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Python
• Soft skills: Passion for Responsible AI & Innovation, Ownership & Reliability
• Other important skills/experience: Kubernetes, LLM-assisted coding, prompt engineering, RAG basics, agentic workflow design
• Nice to have: EU AI Act, AI-Regulations and Compliance
• Working from Berlin office is required

We create services that make AI transparent, explainable, trustworthy, and regulation-ready – helping SAP customers use AI responsibly and confidently at scale.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
