GTM - Value Senior Advisor (f/m/d)

What you'll build

Within SAP BTM's Value Management Team you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic and value‑based approaches while engaging with strategic customers from SAP’s premium segments. You will act as a trusted value and transformation advisor throughout the customer value journey, guiding them from pre‑sales discovery to post‑sales realization.

The role is central to maximizing business outcomes for both the customer and SAP by implementing a pragmatic, data‑driven, outcomes‑focused value management approach. You thrive in hands‑on consulting‑style work, value delivery, close collaboration, open communication, and feedback.

Drive Value Preparation activities.

• Align with customer on strategic priorities and value drivers.
• Establish the bridge between customer’s strategic value drivers and how SAP BTM can support delivering those.

Identify Value Potential

• Discover potential initiatives leveraging SAP Signavio.
• Drive Value Quantification, Qualification and Initiatives Prioritization with the customer, focusing on short‑term and long‑term value strategies.

Accelerate Value Delivery

• Drive Value workshops with the customer with focus on pattern and root cause identification.
• Support the customer in establishing action plans to realize the identified value.

Coordinate Value Realization & Monitoring

• Establish a clear monitoring and target realization methodology with the customer.
• Continuously monitor, report and communicate value realized and adjustments to the customer portfolio roadmap.

Support Value at Scale

• Provide continuous feedback to Product & Engineering to enhance the product and increase adoption.
• Empower the BTM solution as a value enabler, articulating the approach beyond process and enterprise architecture management and across other SAP LoBs.

What you bring

• Several years of Business Consulting experience (beyond technical implementation) and experience in Value Management / Advisory.
• Practical experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean/Agile methods and process expertise (e.g., P2P, O2C, Operate to Maintain, H2R) with clear value outcomes shown in previous engagements.
• Practical experience in value‑driven transformation approaches from identification to realization.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in data‑driven Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Process Mining.
• Experience in Client Relationship, Stakeholder and Change Management.
• Project Management experience, able to drive multiple project portfolios across customers.
• Expert knowledge on process automation, mining, and management technology (SAP Signavio or competitors), its implementation and usage for continuous value creation.
• English fluency is a must – other languages are a plus.
