About this role

OVERVIEW

As a manufacturer and supplier of EMC products (shielding, grounding, filtering), our client offers a wide range of solutions in the areas of interference suppression, anti-vibration, shock/impact absorption, and thermal management. They operate global branches and production facilities. To expand their sales team, they are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d). At first, the contract is limited to 2 years with possible extension based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage existing distributors mainly in Germany and other parts of DACH area, Northern and Western Europe

  • Acquire new customers throughout Europe

  • Train distributors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed technical training in electronics and ideally additional commercial training

  • Near-native level of German and good command of English, knowledge of other European languages welcome

  • Class B driver’s license

  • Proficiency in common PC applications such as MS Office

  • Practical experience in sales (ideally in field sales)

  • Strong business acumen and high motivation

  • Willingness and ability to acquire new customers

  • Enjoyment of sales and a confident demeanor
