What you'll do
You will start by learning the system and process fundamentals of offer creation within our team. After that, your main task will be to work with colleagues from all countries around the world to launch projects such as “Intelligent Contract Creation.” This involves preparing the relevant tools (incl. usage of artificial intelligence) and actively rolling them out in the field.
We are looking for someone who wants to be involved for at least a year and enjoys learning new things. Open communication should come naturally to you, and good self-organization will help you succeed.
Activities include:
- Participate in standardization/automation projects aimed at optimizing business processes;
- Help in administrative tasks (reporting, data entry and analysing, etc);
- Follow operational procedures for sales, finance, and legal requirements, and maintain records
- Assist in verifying customer information and contract terms to prevent revenue issues
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study:
- (International) Business Administration
- Finance / Accounting
- Business Information Management
- Economics / Econometrics
- Microsoft Office
- Language skills:
- Fluent (verbal & written) English
- Any other language is a plus

- Working from Walldorf office is required at least 1 day / week

The Customer Business Support (CBS) supports the SAP sales’ colleagues so that they can focus on our customers. The CBS team contains almost 200 members across the world. Join us and make a difference to help the world run better!
