Role: Mitarbeiter (all genders) Teilzeit in Köln Role Overview: Our Zalando Outlet Stores are an important part of our offline strategy, and we are proud of them as an online platform for fashion and lifestyle. Our outlet stores across Germany are 'Zalando to touch'. In a modern shopping experience, we give unsold fashion a second chance. To further advance our outlet stores, we are looking for energetic, creative, and open-minded talents. As an employee (all genders) in part-time (15h or 20h per week), you will be part of our Fashion Service team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Greet our customers with a smile, be helpful, and have a positive attitude. - Ensure that our customers find a well-sorted and attractive store at all times, both on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, inviting them to shop. - Handle all cash register transactions professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in no time, and ensure a great shopping experience as the last impression for our customers. - Identify with Zalando and our company goal to make the world more sustainable. Qualifications: - Experience in retail or dealing with customers is welcome but not a must. - Good German language skills and a positive demeanor. - A true team player who supports colleagues at all times. - If you believe you have what it takes, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all requirements.
