COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality toe socks, combining Japanese craftsmanship with European design sensibilities. They are expanding our presence in the German market and are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to lead our growth efforts.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the German market, focusing on retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in Germany.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the German market.
- Represent company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods.
- Deep understanding of the German market and consumer behavior.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Germany as needed.
