Senior Operations Specialist (all genders) - 12 months

Role: Senior Operations Specialist in Zalando Marketing Services (ZMS) Partner Consultancy unit. The role supports the team with operational tasks, including campaign set‑up and reporting, and contributes to yearly and seasonal marketing strategies. Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end campaign set‑up process. - Create end‑of‑campaign reports, providing insights and learnings. - Support Partner Consultants in building yearly marketing strategies and recommendations. - Leverage internal marketing analytics tools to inform consultancy. - Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Buyers, Merchandisers) and maintain a strong internal network. Qualifications: - Previous experience in marketing (preferred). - Strong data analysis skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment. - Strong team player. - Experience with Google Suite (preferred). - Clear and effective communication in English.
