What you'll do
- Support project management by facilitating meeting, creating project documentation, tracking actions, and preparing presentations for town halls and quarterly updates.
- Create communication materials (blog posts, newsletters, enablement guides) and maintain our internal SharePoint pages and websites
- Support business stakeholders, identify business requirements for improvement of processes, tools and analytics assets Collaborate with research leads on driving customer & employee experience and communicating the results to internal stakeholders
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business, marketing, economics
- Computer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, SharePoint is a plus
- Language skills: fluent English written and verbal, fluent German is a plus
- Soft skills: team player, networker with curiosity to learn and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Experience in project management and strong presentation skills
- Working from Walldorf or Berlin office is required minimum two days a week
