Working Student (f/m/d) - Data Analytics for Demand Management

What you´ll build
We are looking for a motivated working student (f/m/d) to support the Demand Management Office MEE in the area of Data Analytics. You will work closely with management and stakeholders to create transparency through data, support decision-making, and contribute to the further development of analytics and reporting capabilities within the organization.
Your tasks will include
- Creation, maintenance, and analysis of rolling KPI reports, including calculations and interpretation to support management decisions
- Support in the continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and data‑driven processes
- Design and improvement of data visualizations and management‑ready slide decks
- Research, evaluation, and testing of AI tools within and outside the SAP ecosystem, including identification of potential use cases for the team
- Building and maintaining SharePoint pages to support information and knowledge management
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and support of ad‑hoc analytics requests
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a good sense for data visualization and storytelling
- Technical skills:
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Programming or data science knowledge (e.g. Python) is beneficial
- Interest in learning and working with new analytics tools, e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Strong interest in AI topics and their application in operational business contexts
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German skills are a plus
- Soft skills: structured working style, proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills
