What you'll do
- Administrative Support: Organising meetings, preparing presentations, support marketing in event organisation.
- Data Management & Analysis: Updating CRM systems, working on quote approvals, generating reports, analysing sales performance, and supporting forecasting efforts.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Assisting with client follow‑ups, preparing briefings, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Assistance: Supporting the planning and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and business development projects.
This role offers hands‑on experience in sales operations and direct insight into strategic decision‑making at the leadership level.
What you bring
Location is flexible, candidate should be open to travel.
- Business, IT or Sales Focus: Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Marketing, IT Management, Economics, or a related field, with a genuine interest in sales, tech and commercial processes.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfort with data analysis, reporting tools, and interpreting sales KPIs to support decision‑making.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication in both English and German.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling data, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings or documentation.
- Proactive Mindset: Self‑motivated with a hands‑on approach and a willingness to take initiative and learn.
- Team Player Attitude: Collaborative and able to work effectively with various stakeholders across departments.

WalkMe is a digital adoption platform (DAP) that helps organisations guide users through software and digital tools using on‑screen, step‑by‑step walkthroughs. It enables businesses to improve user experience, increase software adoption, and reduce support costs by offering real‑time, context‑sensitive guidance. WalkMe works across web, desktop, and mobile applications, making complex processes easier for employees and customers alike. Its analytics features also provide insights into user behaviour to optimise workflows and digital strategies.
You will be an integral part of the Solution Sales Team in Germany.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a résumé in table form, school‑leaving certificates, certificate of enrolment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programmes / programming languages.
