For our New Opening BERSHKA Store in Bochum - Ruhrpak
in Full-Time | permanent contract

You keep the store running – every single day.

As an Operationa Manager at BERSHKA, you connect team, processes, and merchandise flow.
You ensure timely restocking, optimize workflows across all departments and the stockroom, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You analyze KPIs, take action, and drive sales and budget targets.

You know: A successful store thrives where your team is organized, proactive, and motivated to keep the store running at its best.

You lead your team with a hands-on approach, recognize potential, and support training so everyone can perform at their best. Your leadership makes the difference – for your team, the store, and every customer.
