Company and Job Overview A leading Japanese semiconductor distribution company is looking for a Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d). Job Responsibilities - Purchasing function lead and takes part in actual operation: PO placement in SAP, follow up delivery targets, etc. - Supplier management aligning with Product Management Team - Supplier-related documentations and legal compliance (PPAP, PSW, ROHS, PPWR etc.) - PCN management using global scheme and system - Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, scheduling deliveries, and managing buffer orders/stocks based on customer demand - ERP/system operation including SAP, Supply Chain Management system, and suppliers’ portal - Integration of DX, SAP related tools such as SCM system, RPA, others - Supplier system management such as Infineon IDIS, Renesas Rainbow, etc. - Integrating EDI connection with supplier aligning with MAE / HQ IT team - Forwarder, carrier management including condition negotiation - Third party warehouse management: Germany, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and others - Export / import control together with Warehouse, custom team, and QA manager - Reporting to the supervisor Job Requirements - University degree - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Good user knowledge and experience with SAP and MS Office - Good manners, confident demeanor, highly motivated, and ability to work in a team - Very good written and spoken English, German/Japanese/French is a plus - Completed commercial training or comparable qualification - Initiative and sense of responsibility BENEFITS - Full-time position (permanent) - Onboarding support, OJT/mentor support, and further education / training - Performance-related remuneration - 30 days of vacation - International and multi-cultural working environment - Annual company events - Collegial and motivated team - Social benefits such as company health insurance and company pension scheme Apply online for more information about this opportunity.
