Carrier Manager - Last Mile Operations (all genders)

Role: Carrier Manager - Last Mile Operations (all genders) Responsibilities: - Managing the delivery and return flows to our customers and the related performance - Improving customer satisfaction on deliveries and returns through the management of the related KPI - Designing, planning, and implementing the best possible delivery and returns experience for our customers by implementing new service propositions and carrier/delivery products - Managing the relationship with the external stakeholders – CEP Service Providers - Reporting and improving the ongoing performance of the carriers Qualifications: - University Degree or apprenticeship with a focus on Transport and/or Supply Chain - Logistics and previous relevant experience in a similar role within logistics, transport, carrier or service provider management, and e-commerce for a minimum 3 years - Great communication skills in English, an additional EU language is a plus - Ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels to foster close collaboration - Strong affinity to logic, self-learning, and passion for data - Capable of providing fast and accurate information - Good Excel and/or GSheet Skills and first touch points with Microstrategy are key What We Offer: - 27 days of holiday a year to start for full-time employees (+1 day for every calendar year up to 30 days) - 2 paid volunteering days a year - Employee shares programme - 40% off fashion and beauty products sold and shipped by Zalando, 30% off Lounge by Zalando, discounts from external partners - Relocation assistance available (subject to prior agreement) - Family services, including counselling and support - Health and wellbeing options (including Wellhub, formerly Gympass) - Mental health support and coaching available - Drive your development through our training platform and biannual peer-to-peer review
