Quality Control Supervisor (m/f/d)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client, a logistics and supply chain company from Japan, is looking for an Quality Control Supervisor (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf-Rath, Germany or Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• You coordinate and monitor our QM processes and are responsible for maintaining and developing them further

• You ensure that our internal specifications are adhered to along the entire process chain

• You carry out risk analyses and initiate suitable measures to minimize risk

• You document weak points and initiate improvement measures

• You implement new standards and requirements

• You analyze and develop our quality KPIs

• You carry out our QM reporting and develop it further

• You independently conduct internal training and courses

• You prepare and accompany internal and external audits

• You ensure that the quality standards of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards are adhered to

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• You have completed a degree in business administration or logistics or have completed training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable vocational qualification

• You have knowledge of logistics and distribution, additionally, it is a big advantage if you have professional experience in the freight forwarding sector and in quality management

• You have a good command of written and spoken German

• You have a good command of written and spoken English

• You have a strong affinity for IT

• Your working style is independent and process-oriented, you have a high level of teamwork and an analytical mindset

• You show friendliness and assertiveness when dealing with external and internal partners
