One of the world's largest Japanese semiconductor distributors is looking for a Customs Specialist Import-Export (f/m/d) in Ingolstadt or Munich.

Job Responsibilities

• Classification of goods in the goods tariff for export and import knowledge especially for exports to third countries (worldwide)
• Contact with the warehouse for import and export processing
• Checking ATCs and keeping registers
• Control of transportation costs
• Application for and maintenance of BTIs
• Control of deferment accounts
• Applying for new customs authorizations
• Control and maintenance of customs authorizations
• Working with BAFA (applications, orders and invoices)
• Grouping our goods according to the new European DUAL-USE LIST
• Checking compliance with all listed sanctions/embargoes
• Assistance with the organization and calculation of new goods routes
• Checking and compliance with supply chain law and packaging law
• Checking the monthly invoice from our customs service provider
• Contact person for customs offices
• Optimization of import and export processes and process documentation
• Review of sanction lists
• Compliance with customs/foreign trade regulations for exports
• Goods routes, also across EU borders

Job Requirements

• Commercial training or experience in customs clearance import/export
• Knowledge of electronic customs tariffs and Taric
• Experience with customs software not necessary
• Good experience with EPR such as SAP
• German and English business fluent
• Home office (as hybrid) possible, place of work: Ingolstadt or Munich
