The location is also well-connected. The Bus 200 stops directly in front of the building, providing a direct link to Alexanderplatz (in 10 min). The tram line M10 is within five minutes walk, while two S-Bahn stops are accessible within fifteen minutes walk, offering transit via the Ringbahn. The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room features a spacious sofa-bed and a standing desk for a productive home-office environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and induction hob. The bedroom contains a king-size bed with integrated storage, supplemented by a dedicated walk-in dressing room.
