The fully furnished 1-room flat is located on the 1st floor at Charlottenburg Town Hall. It has wireless flat internet access. The room and the glazed loggia (with double bed) face south into the very beautiful and quiet courtyard. The flat is therefore quiet. The loggia virtually serves as a bedroom for about 6 months - except in the cold months, as heating cannot be provided there and condensation occurs. You can sleep there in the months of April to October. In the other months, the loggia may not be used because of the formation of condensation. During this time it is only possible to sleep on the sofa bed in the room. It is extendable with a lying surface 140 x 200 cm. There's also a matching topper for it. Charlottenburg Palace, the German Opera, Wilmersdorfer Strasse, the Technical University, the University of the Arts and the River Spree are within walking distance. The M45 bus stop is right outside the front door and takes you to Zoologischer Garten station in 5 minutes. The underground stations U2 Deutsche Oper and U7 Richard-Wagner-Platz as well as REWE and EDEKA grocery stores are also just a few minutes' walk away. There is a swimming pool around the corner. Free parking is available in front of the building. The service charges include all costs incurred: Furnishing, electricity, internet, heating, hot water and cold service charges such as mill disposal, staircase cleaning, etc. Bed linen, towels, iron, blankets, pillows, crockery, pots and pans are provided.
