Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Our minimum contract period is 6 months but the duration of your rental is unlimited. The termination period is only 1 month to the mid or end of each month. together with the deposit, before moving in.
