ROOM 2 Hi Guys, We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :) Please note that there is a service fee of €100.00 plus a deposit of €950, which need to be paid before moving in.
