Hi guys, this is a fully furnished flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. It is fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, and internet. However, radio and TV taxes (Rundfunkbeitrag) are not included and must be paid separately by the tenant. Our minimum contract period is 2 months Please note that there is an additional service fee of 150,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 1500€, which needs to be payed before move in via bank transfer in a single payment.
