We are now looking for a new tenant for a room in a 3-bed shared apartment in a beautiful oId building in Berlin. The apartment has been compIetely refurnished, the equipment is accordingly in perfect condition. It is situated on the 1st floor of the building. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, workstations and beds. You can get a first impression of the apartment through the example photos we have uploaded. The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
