Das ca. 32 qm Apartment ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es verfügt über ein bequemes king size Boxspringbett (1,80m x 2m), eine Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich. Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu entdecken. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es alles, was man erwarten kann: Supermärkte aller Art, von standard bis exotisch, traditionelle Brauhäuser, Restaurants, Bars und sogar den ältesten Jazzclub von Köln. Die zentrale Lage des Apartments ist ideal für Studenten, Neu-Kölner und Berufstätige. Dom und Hauptbahnhof sind nur 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt. An der Haltestelle Barbarossaplatz (ca. 200 Meter vom Haus) fahren die U-Bahn Linien 12, 15, 16 und 18 in alle Richtungen. In der ganzen Kölner Innenstadt ist das Parken kostenpflichtig und auf wenige Stunden beschränkt. City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern. The 32 sqm apartment is chic and comfortably furnished. It has a comfortable king size bed (1.80m x 2m), a kitchenette including refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, and a table with two chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided. A TV and free WiFi are also available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible. The building is situated in the Pantaleon Neighborhood, quiet but right in the center of Cologne. The perfect starting point to explore all of the city. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you could ask for, supermarkets of all kind, from standard to exotic, traditional breweries, trendy bars and restaurants and even the oldest Jazz club of Cologne The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals. The cathedral and main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) are only ten minutes away by subway. At the station Barbarossaplatz (200 meters) you will find the subway lines 12, 15, 16 and 18 that go in all directions. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
