Please confirm availability before booking, as rooms are allocated based on what is free at the time. • Each apartment has three private bedrooms: • Every room includes a balcony. • One room has a private balcony, while the other two share a larger balcony. • All rooms are fully furnished and equipped as shown in the photos. 👉 Important Details: • The listed price applies to one person per room. • We have 3 apartments in the same building, all similar in size, layout, and furnishings. Your assigned room may not be the exact one shown in the photos, but it will be very similar in design and equipment. • Minimum stay of 6 months is required to receive city registration (Anmeldung). • Long-stay discounts and discounts on extensions are available – just ask!
