In our newly renovated 85 square metre basement flat you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with double bed. The separate living room, with a sofa bed, is just as comfortably furnished as the rest of the flat. WLAN is available free of charge during your stay. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for communal use in the building for a fee. Parking spaces are available on the premises for a fee ( depending on availability). On request you can book a complete intermediate cleaning. This costs €100.00 per cleaning or €150.00 per cleaning including linen change (bed linen and towels).
