Our 45sqm double studio offers you a double bed, a living area with a desk/ dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom either provides a bathtub. WLAN is available free of charge during your stay. Car parking is available on the premises for a fee (subject to availability). A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use in the building for a fee. For stays longer than one month, an interim cleaning service must be booked at an additional cost per month: Interim cleaning without linen change: €100.00 Interim cleaning with linen change: €150.00 If you do not specify a preferred week, we will determine the cleaning schedule ourselves. On request you can book an additional complete intermediate cleaning. This costs €100.00 per cleaning or €150.00 per cleaning including linen change (bed linen and towels).
