The room has laminate flooring and is very bright because of the large windows The apartment has been recently renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a cooler, a dishwasher with dryer, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. Your room has a bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, 160x200 cm), 1 wardrobe and a desk with a chair. We do not have a cleaning schedule. But we do have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. Co-Living flat life: Your roommates would be: Mona - studies at the TUM. Maria - studies at the LMU. We imagine shared living to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration.
