The vibrant Glockenbachviertel, known for its many restaurants, cafés, and bars, is right around the corner. The Isar River can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot. Marienplatz and Sendlinger Tor, two of Munich's main transportation hubs, are both only a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent access to public transport throughout the city. The apartment is offered fully furnished and is ready to move in. The stated rent is an all-inclusive monthly rent covering the base rent, all utilities, internet, electricity, and the complete furnishing of the apartment.
