🌟 Seeking a Nerdy Master’s Student to Rent My Small Room in My Humble Abode 🌟
You’re creative, kind, considerate, clean, conscious, and centered — the kind of person who appreciates calm energy, good vibes, and a tidy home.
Now, let’s be honest: the room is small — cozy, not grand. But the apartment is big, bright, and full of warmth. There’s space to breathe, cook, create, and feel at home.
✨ What You’ll Enjoy
🍳 A large kitchen with plenty of storage space
📶 Wi-Fi included
🧺 Washing machine
🚻 A WC that’s basically yours (my clients only pop in to wash their hands)
🛁 And of course, we share the main bathroom
🗺️ Neighborhood Perks
🛍️ Walking distance to all the shops you need
🚇 Just 3 minutes to the underground — city center in under 8 minutes!
👤 Who I’m Looking For
This is not your first time away from home — you’ve already learned how to share space respectfully. I’m not in the mood to train anyone on how to live with another person.
I’m looking for a Master’s student who is honest, quiet, reliable, and genuinely clean (and yes, I mean clean — if you’re not, we won’t last long).
Since I work from home and see clients here, I prefer someone who’s out during the day (classes, library, internship — perfect).
⚠️ Important Truths
❌ This room is not for professionals
🎓 It’s ideal for Master students staying up to six months
🏡 You’ve already lived away from your parents for at least two years
🧽 You clean your room monthly and respect shared spaces
🚫 No racists, no Trump supporters — period.
💶 Rent
€680/month — includes Wi-Fi and household basics.
✨ The Energy I’m Calling In
If you’re clean, considerate, reliable, and a serious nerd 🤓, you shower regularly, wear deodorant, and maybe even express yourself through writing, music, or something that inspires your soul — then we’ll get along beautifully.
If this sounds like you, message me and tell me a little about who you are and what brings you to Munich.
