It has been renovated and is upscale.The apartment, which is on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard, is entered via a hallway, followed by the entrance area with a fitted kitchenette. From the kitchen you enter the living/bedroom, which has a large window front facing the inner courtyard. The bathroom can be reached through a door from the living/bedroom. It has a shower with a glass shower wall, thermostat shower fitting, toilet, sink with base cabinet and a mirror with modern LED lighting. The bathroom and kitchen have real slate floors, the living/bedroom has real wood parquet. The walls in the apartment have been finished with a special spatula technique.An intermediate cleaning including a change of bed linen and towels is possible for an additional charge of €30. A set of fresh towels and bed linen can be picked up from reception for an additional charge of €10. Final cleaning is not included and must be done by the tenant themselves (if necessary, the service can be ordered from the landlord). The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge in the adjacent building.The apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 months.
