Apart from all the chocolate and delicious German food, one of our favourite things about Easter in Germany is the painted eggs! Hanging in trees, used as table decorations, or even given as presents, they have to be the most beautiful German Easter tradition.

Of course, you can always buy pre-dyed eggs in the supermarket, but nothing beats the feeling of making them yourself and admiring the results. The video below, by YouTube channel Crafty Panda, shares some simple hacks for creating the most out-of-this-world Easter eggs - more than enough to inspire you to give it a go!
