Our Team UK Retail Collections is looking for a part-time admin professional!

Your tasks will be...

  • Compose, send, and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
  • Raise and close Oracle service requests as required.
  • Upload, organize, and archive documents in our electronic filing system.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in document management.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience with electronic archiving systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Oracle Service Requests or willingness to learn
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
