A well-established manufacturer for stationary goods in Hamburg, knows for it’s commitment to quality and innovation, is looking for a detail-orientated Assistant (m/f/d) to support the Regulatory Affairs / QA Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative and organisational support for department manager in da-to-day business.
Proactive monitoring of legal developments on EU level and derivation of measures.
Support in legally compliant implementation of EU regulations (e.g. REACH, CLP, TSD, PPWR).
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Support in creation and maintenance of safety data sheets.
Regular compliance checks of products.
Creation and maintenance of legally compliant product information and labelling.
Reply to enquiries from various interest groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Analytical thinking and understanding of complex interrelationships
High willingness to read, understand and apply EU legal texts
Ability to work in a team, high communication skills and responsible, self-organised way of working
Affinity with FMCG
Previous experience in administrative support in the area of compliance is an advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
Completed professional education or studies
Confident use of Microsoft Office programmes
Fluent in written and spoken English and German is essential
